At Breezs Australia, we take pride in offering high-quality natural perfumes and unique gifts that bring joy and tranquility to your everyday life. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns and exchanges in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used roll-on perfumes / spray bottles
Damaged items
Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at breezs.australia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Receive Authorisation: Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Ship the Item: Carefully package the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund/Exchange Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Exchanges will be processed within the same timeframe.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
